How Prime Tours Protects Your Travel Investment

Prime Tour protects your travel investment in 3 ways:

  1. Your trip is refundable, except for a $50 registration fee, usually until approximately 60 days before the travel date. (See trip flyer for your exact date.)
  2. Prime Tours offers group student travel insurance through trusted partner Travel Insured International for each student. Click here for plan coverage details.
  3. Prime Tours is covered by a $1 million Errors and Ommissions umbrella insurance policy that covers most mishaps that could occur during a trip.

Prime Tours Travel Safely

*Pre-existing medical condition coverage or to add Cancel For Any Reason to a policy requires that individuals purchase the travel protection plan within 14 days of original trip purchase. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the prepaid, nonrefundable trip cost (subject to $10,000 maximum). CFAR is optional and available for purchase at the individual level. Trip cancellation must be 48 hours or more prior to scheduled departure. This benefit is not available to residents of New York State.
